larger image 		Multi-leg slings can be fabricated to desired specifications. For safety purposes, it is essential that all fittings and attachments carry a rated capacity equal to or greater than that of the wire rope sling. In cases where this is not possible, the rated capacity of the entire assembly must be downgraded to the weakest component.

*WARNING: Rated capacities for 3 & 4 leg bridles assume a balanced load with weight equally distributed among each of the legs. In practice, this may not occur and one or more legs may carry a disproportionate share of the load. If this condition is likely to occur, a larger sling diameter may be required.
